AnyCura
These terms describe AnyCura as a public marketplace and booking-request technology provider for healthcare, beauty, and wellness services. AnyCura is not the provider of medical care.
AnyCura provides marketplace, directory, booking-request, account, messaging, and related technology features for people using AnyCura and participating healthcare, beauty, and wellness providers.
Participating providers remain independent from AnyCura. They are responsible for professional services, licenses, qualifications, availability, prices, service quality, clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, cancellation rules, refunds, and no-show policies unless a separate written policy says otherwise.
Content on AnyCura is provided for general information and booking coordination. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a final medical opinion, or an emergency service.
If you have an urgent or emergency condition, contact local emergency services or an appropriate medical professional directly.
Some features may require account registration, phone verification, social sign-in, date of birth or age-gate information, or other checks. Phone verification confirms contactability and account control; it does not prove age, legal capacity, or medical identity.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account, contact, age, booking, and verification information. AnyCura or a provider may ask for additional confirmation where required for a medical-provider booking, safety, eligibility, consent, security, dispute handling, or applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account unless the law provides otherwise.
AnyCura may let you search providers, view provider profiles, see map pins or service areas, request a time, contact a provider, or start a booking workflow. Provider information may be supplied by providers or other sources and can change.
A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until the provider accepts or confirms it through the applicable workflow. Provider availability, price, eligibility, preparation, cancellation, refund, no-show, and pay-at-clinic terms should be confirmed with the provider before receiving services.
For lower-risk beauty or wellness bookings, AnyCura may use a low-friction request flow. For medical institutions, sensitive services, minors, or access to health records, AnyCura or the provider may require additional checks before accepting or confirming a booking.
Medical-institution booking, access to patient or health records, health-related messaging, insurance-related handling, or provider clinical workflows may require additional identity verification before or after a booking request.
AnyCura or the provider may ask for identity information or documents such as an ID card, passport, selfie, or related information where needed for medical booking, provider intake, safety, fraud prevention, provider requirements, or legal obligations.
AnyCura or the provider may review verification information, and may use external verification vendors where enabled. Verification may be approved, rejected, expired, suspended, or rechecked if there is inconsistent information, fraud risk, legal requirement, or provider request.
AnyCura may restrict account creation, booking requests, medical-institution booking, location-based features, high-risk services, aesthetic procedures, or services involving sensitive health data based on age, local law, service type, and provider requirements.
Users below the applicable age threshold may need a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult to be present, to accept the relevant terms, to provide consent, or to use the service on the minor’s behalf. AnyCura may block or pause a flow until guardian or provider requirements are satisfied.
Do not misrepresent age, guardian authority, relationship to a dependent, or consent status.
Your AnyCura booking account supports provider discovery, reservations, and communication. Providers remain responsible for patient intake, clinical decisions, clinical records, prescriptions, treatment, patient consent, and their professional and legal duties.
The booking account and the provider's patient and clinical systems serve separate purposes and have separate access rules. A provider's use of AnyCura software does not transfer responsibility for medical care or control of clinical records to the booking platform.
Closing your booking account does not automatically cancel booking requests or confirmed bookings, or delete the provider's original patient, clinical, treatment, billing, or payment records. Outstanding reservations must be resolved separately before account closure can finish.
Providers may retain records where necessary under applicable healthcare, professional, accounting, insurance, or legal obligations. Retention must have an applicable basis and end condition; it is not permission to keep all data indefinitely. Requests concerning provider records are considered separately by the responsible provider.
Registering again creates a new booking account and does not restore erased account settings or previous consent evidence. Any link to an existing provider patient record requires appropriate identity verification and authorized access. A matching phone number or a typed identity-card number alone does not authorize disclosure of clinical history.
Provider profiles, service descriptions, images, availability, and prices may be supplied by participating providers or other sources. AnyCura may review, format, translate, or moderate content, but does not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or suitable for your needs.
Where Thai law requires government approval of a medical advertisement, the provider is responsible for obtaining and maintaining approval for the actual content, prices, promotion conditions, media, and language versions, and displaying the required advertising approval number. Facility verification and AnyCura listing review do not replace that approval, establish the authenticity of an advertising number, or guarantee treatment results.
Medical advertising must not contain false or exaggerated claims, guaranteed or 100% treatment results, or misleading representations of practitioners, services, medicines, equipment, patient images, or testimonials. Promotions must explain included services, payable prices, extra or excluded charges, eligibility, and applicable periods or other material conditions.
Withdrawal, expiry, or removal of an advertisement does not by itself cancel a confirmed booking or erase clinical records. Existing bookings remain subject to applicable law, clinical safety, and agreed cancellation terms; medical records remain subject to lawful retention and access requirements.
If AnyCura enables reviews, community posts, or uploads, users remain responsible for the content they submit and must not submit another person's personal, health, payment, or confidential information without permission.
AnyCura may support pay-at-clinic booking, deposits, vouchers, promotions, prepaid services, online payment, coupons, refunds, or no-show management in different flows or launch phases.
Unless AnyCura publishes a separate payment policy for a specific flow, provider-specific commercial terms should be confirmed directly with the provider. A provider may refuse, reschedule, cancel, or modify a service according to its own policies and applicable law.
Catalogue or advertisement changes do not by themselves change services or prices already agreed in a confirmed booking. A proposed price increase or change to medical services applies only after the required customer acceptance through the applicable booking workflow. Until then, the agreed booking is retained, subject to applicable law, clinical safety, and agreed cancellation terms.
AnyCura may limit future booking requests where there is repeated misuse, suspected fraud, or repeated no-show behavior, subject to applicable law and any appeal process made available.
AnyCura may display provider addresses, map pins, approximate areas, or distance information based on provider or public information.
When you choose Use current location in the customer app, the app checks your device permission and obtains your coordinates. It sends those coordinates to AnyCura for nearby-provider search and distance results. You can search by place or area without sharing device location. You can change location permission in your device settings.
AnyCura may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, product changes, provider availability, misuse prevention, or operational reasons.
AnyCura may suspend or terminate accounts or requests that violate these terms, harm users or providers, create legal risk, or interfere with service operation.
Use of AnyCura is also subject to the AnyCura Privacy Notice and cookie choices. Certain flows may require separate evidence for terms acceptance, privacy notice acknowledgment, health-data processing, identity verification, location consent, marketing consent, cross-border transfer, or guardian consent.
You may withdraw optional consent where the product and applicable law allow, but withdrawal may not affect processing already performed or processing that is required for security, legal obligations, provider records, dispute handling, or service operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnyCura is not responsible for provider professional services, provider-side medical records, provider commercial terms, or disputes between users and providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Local healthcare, data protection, electronic transaction, and user-protection laws may provide rights that these terms do not limit.
