Count people enabled for their own appointments in the calendar. Having no appointments this month or hiding online booking does not turn that setting off.
Applies to recurring monthly charges while the promotion is active. Final checkout and invoice amounts govern.
For every business. No Medical or Dental Clinic add-on required.
Chat with customers across languages
Translate incoming messages and your replies in the conversation, with 500 free translation credits per branch each month.
Shared by staff and devices in the branch. Available with a subscription or a complimentary access period; not part of the signup trial.
How translation credits work
Each started 500 characters of the original uses 1 credit, up to 2 credits for a 1,000-character message. Reading, typing and displaying a saved translation use no credits.
Yes. Set the duration for each service and use staff schedules when arranging appointments. A 60-minute massage and a 90-minute service can have different appointment lengths.
Can a guest choose a team member?
Yes, when your business makes that choice available for the service. The guest can also check the status of their booking request before visiting.
Can we sell multi-session packages?
Yes. Create and sell service packages, check available, reserved and used sessions, and record use at checkout. A reserved session is not already used.
Do receptionists or part-time staff count?
The setting decides: count each person enabled for their own appointments. Receptionists and other accounts not enabled for their own appointments add no person fee. The number of appointments they receive that month does not decide the price.
Do we need a card to try it?
No credit card is required for the 30-day business trial. Try bookings, packages, sales, stock and reports before choosing a paid subscription.
